Meetings of Creditors

SERVICES LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Majority House, 51 Lodge Lane, Derby DE1 3HB, on Tuesday, 16th January 2001, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged no later than 12 noon, on Monday, 15th January 2001, at the registered office of the Company. Notice is also given, pursuant to section 98(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that, on the two business days preceding the above Meeting, a list of the names and addresses of the above-named Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at Smith Cooper, Majority House, 51 Lodge Lane, Derby DE1 3HB.
