No. 7048 of 2000 In the Matter of CENTREPATH LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 18 a High Street, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 1BN, presented on 16th November 2000, by HM Customs and Excise, of Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, Torrens Street, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 17th January 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 16th January 2001.
