No. 16 of 2000 In the Matter of RE-TEX PLASTIC TECHNOLOGY LTD and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Potter Place, Skelmerdale, Lancashire WN8 9PW, presented on 5th September 2000 by Roydon Polythene Ltd, Unit D7, Fieldhouse Industrial Estate, Fieldhouse Road, Rochdale, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Wigan County Court, Crawford Street, Wigan, on Thursday, 7th December 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard.) Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6th December 2000.
