Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 15th September 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 13th October 2000, DEE SPELLER, of 12 Barleyfields, Gillingham, Dorset SP8 4UN, married and a British citizen, abandoned the name of Doris Speller and assumed the name of Dee Speller. 20th September 2000.
