No. 5083 of 2000 In the Matter of AMDELL ELECTRICAL LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 35 Kitchener Road, Dover, Kent CT17 9PD, was presented on 16th August 2000 by Edmundson Electrical, of 1 Tatton Street, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 6AY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Court of Justice, Chancery Division, on 4th October 2000, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Tuesday, 3rd October 2000.
