WINDMILL SCAFFOLDING LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at HLB Kidsons, 27 Osborne Street, Grimsby DN31 1NU, on 15th September 2000, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986, namely to receive a statement of the Company’s affairs, and to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioners as Liquidators, and to appoint a Liquidation Committee, if thought fit. If a Liquidation Committee is not formed the Meeting may be asked to pass other Resolutions thought necessary which may include one specifying the basis of remuneration for the Liquidators and approval of the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting.
