No. 1470 of 2000 In the Matter of ALLIED WINDOWS & KITCHENS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 2 Whisby Way, North Ilykeham, Lincoln, Lincolnshire LN6 3LQ, presented on 28th July 2000 by Spring Ram Kitchens Limited, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Manchester District Registry, Crown Square, Manchester M60 9DJ, on Monday, 11th September 2000, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 8th September 2000.
