TRANSIT EXPRESS (GY) LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of HLB Kidsons, 27 Osborne Street, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire DN31 1NU, on Thursday, 14th September 2000, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986, namely to receive a statement of the Company’s affairs, to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioners as Liquidators and to appoint a Liquidation Committee if thought fit.
