Tony Mitchell, of BDO Stoy Hayward, Beneficial Building, 28 Paradise Circus, Birmingham B1 2BJ, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above Company, and will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as is reasonably required. The Resolutions at the Creditors’ Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated.
