No. 4311 of 2000 In the Matter of GOODWILL MERCHANT FINANCIAL LIMITED and in the Matter of the Banking Act 1987 and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 10-16 Tiller Road, London E14 8PX, presented on 13th July 2000 by the Financial Services Authority (a Company Limited by guarantee) whose registered office is 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS, pursuant to section 92 of the Banking Act 1987, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 6th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 5th September 2000.
