In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry.  No. 1728 of 2000 In the Matter of ALLIED PLUMBERS & ELECTRICIANS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situate at 926 Great Horton Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD7 4AE, presented on 26th June 2000, by Edmundson Electrical Limited, whose registered office is at PO Box 1, Tatton Street, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 6AY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard on 8th August 2000, at Leeds District Registry, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 7th August 2000.
