PART II OF THE CIVIL JURISDICTION AND JUDGMENTS ACT 1982 (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2000
Part II of this Order will come into force on 1st August 2000, the date on which the accession of Poland to the 1988 Lugano Convention on Jurisdiction and the Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters will enter into force in respect of the United Kingdom.
