No. 3372 of 2000 In the Matter of BLUE CORINTH MARINE COMPANY LIMITED (a Company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of No. 1, Costakis Pastellides Street, Nicosia, Cyprus, presented on 2nd June 2000 by Elborne Mitchell Solicitors, of One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2PR, and Ingledew, Brown, Bennison and Garret Solicitors, of Salisbury House, London Wall, London EC2M 5TL, claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 26th July 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 25th July 2000.
