ACTION TOOL HIRE (LONDON) LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Hilton Hotel Gatwick Airport, South Terminal, Gatwick Airport, West Sussex, on Thursday, 6th July 2000, at 10.15 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the Meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of account, at the registered office of the Company, at Morley & Scott, 16-17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 4EF, not later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the Meeting. For the purposes of voting, secured Creditors are required (unless they surrender their security), to lodge at Morley & Scott, 16-17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 4EF before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of their security, the date it was given and the value at which it is assessed. Notice is further given, pursuant to section 98(2)(a) of the Act, that Ken Touhey, of Morley & Scott, 16-17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 4EF, is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner who will furnish Creditors with such information as they may reasonably require during the period before the day on which the Meeting is to be held.
