No. 3481 of 2000 In the Matter of FIZGIG SOLUTIONS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 176 Franciscan Road, London SW17 8HH, presented on 6th June 2000 by Digital Data Systems, of Ver House, London Road, Markyate, London AL3 8JP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 12th July 2000, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 11th July 2000.
