A Statute made by the Governing Body of St. John’s College, in the University of Cambridge, amending Statutes XIV and XIX, has been submitted for the approval of Her Majesty in Council, and notice of its having been submitted is published in accordance with the provisions of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge Act 1923. The purposes of the amendments are to provide for the establishment of the office of Assistant Lecturer, and to replace the obsolete title of “University Demonstrator” with that of “University Assistant Lecturer”.
