In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 3010 of 2000 In the Matter of BLUE JET (UK) LIMITEDand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Thanet House, PO Box 500, Kent International Airport, Ramsgate, Kent CT12 5PB, presented on 15th May 2000 by World Fuel Services Limited, of Kingfisher House, Northwood Park, Gatwick Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 2XN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday, 28th June 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Tuesday, 27th June 2000.
