MAGNA ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Forte Posthouse, Braunstone Lane East, Leicester LE3 2FW, on 1st June 2000, at 2 p.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act, i.e. to consider the Director’s statement of affairs, to appoint a Liquidator and to appoint a Liquidation Committee. The Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. In addition, the Meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the next Meeting. Any Creditor wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a completed proof of debt form (together, if it is desired to vote by proxy, with a completed Proxy Form) at the office of Jacksons Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, 12-14 Macon Court, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6EA, no later than 12 noon on 31st May 2000. A Creditor will be entitled to vote at the Meeting only if the details of the debt claimed to be due from the Company has been lodged. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the above address on the two business days next before the Meeting.
