No. 2539 of 2000 In the Matter of AGRACOMM LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of PO Box 698, Titchfield House, 69-85 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4RR, presented on 19th April 2000 by Decom SA, of 4 Rue du Parc, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7th June 2000, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6th June 2000.
