Notice of Intended Dividend

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A to the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends making a First and Final Distribution. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 16th June 2000, to prove their debts sending to the undersigned, Robert Stephen Palmer, of Gallagher & Co., 2nd Floor, Titchfield House, 69-85 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4RR, the Liquidator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the intended distribution mentioned above, or any other distribution declared before his debt is proved.
