No. 284 of 2000 In the Matter of SPANISH FURNITURE LTDand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 2-10 Archer House, Britland Estate, Northbourne Road, presented on 10th March 2000 by HM Customs and Excise Chesterfield, of Chesterfield VAT Office, Dents Chambers, New Square, Chesterfield, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool, on Monday, 15th May 2000, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday, 12th May 2000.
