Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of PDI Packaging & Distribution Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, 49 Mill Street, Bedford MK40 3LB, on 24th March 2000, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, 49 Mill Street, Bedford MK40 3LB, by no later than 12 noon on 23rd March 2000. M. Scott, Liquidator 22nd February 2000.
