No. 7876 of 1999 In the Matter of CHURCHFIELD FOODS LTDand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Churchfield House, 45-51 Woodhouse Road, London N12 9ET, presented on 7th December 1999 by Seafood Vardo Ltd, 92 Cannon Workshops, Cannon Drive, West India Dock, London E14 4AS, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Companies Court, the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 19th January 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 18th January 2000.
