Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at BDO Stoy Hayward, Foxhall Lodge, Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham NG7 6LH, on 19th January 2000, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Statements of claim and, if applicable, proxy forms, must be duly completed and lodged at BDO Stoy Hayward, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9AT, not later than 12 noon on 18th January 2000. Unless they surrender their security, secured Creditors must give particulars of their security and its value. Notice is further given that Tracy Ann Taylor, of BDO Stoy Hayward, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9AT, is a person qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company and will furnish Creditors with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonable require, pursuant to section 98(2)(a) of the said Act.
