No. 3257 of 1999 In the Matter of MHM ARCHITECTS LIMITEDand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is at Marlborough House, Tower Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9LN, presented on 13th May 1999 by John Kelmanson, of The Kelmanson Partnership, Avco House, 6 Albert Road, Barnet, Herefordshire EN4 9SH, claiming to be the Supervisor of the Company’s Voluntary Arrangement, dated 25th April 1997, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 19th January 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 18th January 2000.
