No. 7656 of 1999 In the Matter of BRIND ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 81 Burton Road, Derby DE1 1TJ, presented on 26th November 1999, by Gwyn Thomas Installations Limited, of 1192 Warwick Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham B27 6BT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 12th January 2000, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any persons intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors or their London agents in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 11th January 2000.
