Scottish Executive Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Department Victoria Quay, Edinburgh The Queen has been pleased by Warrant under Her Majesty’s Royal Sign Manual bearing the date 17th November 1999, to appoint Professor James Douglas Hutchison, MB.ChB., PhD., F.R.C.S.(Ed) to be Regius Professor of Surgery in the University of Aberdeen.
