In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Birmingham District Registry.  No. 1121 of 1999 In the Matter of AGL WESTECH LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 6 Knights Close, Penkridge, Staffordshire ST19 5JD, presented on 17th September 1999 by Cplastic Constructions Fabrications Limited, of The Levels, Brereton, Rugeley, Staffordshire WS15 1RD, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Birmingham District Registry, The Courthouse, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, on 20th December 1999, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
