THE WANDSWORTH (DOCTOR PARKING PLACE) (NO. ) ORDER 199
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth propose to make the following Order under sections 6, 45, 46 and 49 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to designate a doctor’s parking place for the leaving of vehicles displaying a valid permit in Avern Road S.W.17, adjacent to No. 80 Bickerstein Road. 3. The doctor’s parking place referred to in paragraph 2 above would operate between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., throughout the week. Permits would be issued by the Council on application being made by certain legally qualified medical practitioners. The charge for an annual permit would be £120. 4. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Order, including drawings showing the location of the parking places, are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Information Point in The Concourse, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order. 5.
