Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Wagon plc, on 23rd November 1999 at 10 a.m., to receive accounts showing how the winding-up of the Companies have been conducted and their property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Joint Liquidators, and to pass Resolutions as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Companies.
