Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of The Wells Partnership, The Old Rectory, Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DE, on Thursday, 11th November1999, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up for the period of the Liquidation. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place and Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) appoint a proxy. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of The Wells Partnership, The Old Rectory, Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DE, by no later than 12 noon on 10th November 1999. M.
