At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 5 Bassett Wood Drive, Southampton SO16 3PT, on 4th October 1999, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David John Stringer, of Stringer & Co., 5 Bassett Wood Drive, Southampton SO16 3PT, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.” M.
