The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 9917 of The London Gazette dated Wednesday, 15th September 1999.

In the Bridgend County Court.  No. 22 of 1999 In the Matter of DATA RISK MANAGEMENT LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986

A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The Dormers, 1 The Esplanade, Porthcawl, Mid Glamorgan CF36 3YW, presented on 31st August 1999 by the Company, will be heard at Bridgend County Court, Crown Buildings, Angel Street, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan CF31 4AS, on 18th October 1999, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 15th October 1999.
