No. 4990 of 1999 In the Matter of LIME SQUASH LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Aythorpe Manor, Aythorpe Roding, Great Dunmow, Essex CM6 1PQ, presented on 28th July 1999 by Ventre Lankester (a firm) of 1 Ducketts Wharf, South Street, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire CM23 3AR, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 15th September 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with the Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Tuesday, 14th September 1999.
