No. 4167 of 1999 In the Matter of DOLLAR LAND (TAMEWAY) LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 370-386 High Road, Wembley, Middlesex, presented on 24th June 1999 by David Julian Buchler and Lee Anthony Manning of Buchler Phillips, 84 Grosvenor Street, London W1X 9DF, as Joint Supervisors of a Company Voluntary Arrangement in respect of Dollar Land (Tameway) Limited, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 15th September 1999, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the viewing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 14th September 1999.
