No. 4859 of 1999 In the Matter of BRANGATE CONTRACTS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 8 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2A 2BP, presented on 22nd July 1999 by HM Customs and Excise, of Northgate House, St. Peters Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1HT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 1st September 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 31st August 1999.
