NOTICE OF SUSPENSION PURSUANT TO REGULATION 8 OF THE ABOVE REGULATIONS

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, being of the opinion that the financial resources available for the payment of aid under the above Regulations are insufficient to satisfy any payment which would result from the approval of any further applications, hereby gives notice that the consideration of any applications which may be received after the date of this notice are suspended with immediate effect. This suspension will remain in force until such time as it is terminated by a further notice.
