No. 004215 of 1999 In the Matter of QUADRANT RESEARCH FOUNDATION and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Anglia Polytechnic University, East Road, Cambridge CB1 1PT, presented on 28th June 1999 by Quadrant Holdings Cambridge Ltd., and Quadrant Bioresources Ltd. of 1 Mere Way, Ruddington, Nottingham NG11 6JS, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 11th August 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 10 August 1999.
