Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before the 31st of August 1999, to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts and claims to the undersigned D. R. Smith and S. Bower, of Robson Rhodes, 186 City Road, London EC1V 2NU, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators, either personally, or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice and in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.
