Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Harrison Peak, Osborne Place, 30 The Downs, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 2PU, on Monday, 23rd August 1999, at 10 a.m., 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company.
