Pringle Limited whose registered office is situated at 80 Broad Street, Monrovia, Liberia, has been appointed as the new General Partner and Ballan Limited, whose registered office is situated at 2nd Floor, Atlantic House, Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1SQ, has been appointed as new Limited Partner in the New Partnership now named Gretna & Co., with effect from the same date.
