NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Tusmore Park Estate, of Tusmore Park, near Bicester, Oxford OX6 9SP, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 6/33/2/64 and 6/33/2/71, which authorises the abstraction of water from boreholes at between National Grid References SP 5561 2995 and SP 5561 2992 at Tusmore Park Estate. The variation being applied for is to use water for garden irrigation, filling of reservoir and lakes top up (existing and new). A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours at Souldern Post Office, between 15th July and 15th August 1999. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
