No. 5032 of 1999 In the Matter of ARKITUS and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Prospect House, 191-199 London Road, Isleworth, Greater London TW7 5BQ, presented on 10th June 1999 by the HM Commissioners of Customs and Excise, of Forum House, 14 Thames Street, Staines TW18 4UD, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 28th July 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 27th July 1999.
