At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Trinity College, Oxford, on 15th June 1999, adjourned from 28th May 1999, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul William Ellison, of Hurst Morrison Thomson, 5 Fairmile, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire RG9 2JR, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” J.
