Meetings of Creditors

A FUTURE NOW LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Oriel House, 55 Sheep Street, Northampton NN1 2NF, on 24th June 1999, at 2 p.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. at PricewaterhouseCooopers, Oriel House, 55 Sheep Street, Northampton NN1 2NF, on the two business days preceding the date of the Meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) ensure their proxies are received at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Temple Court, 35 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6JT, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meeting.
