In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 2108 of 1999 In the Matter of GREYFORTE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The Nova Building, Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire SL1 1XS (registered office), presented on 23rd March 1999 by City Electrical Factors Limited, of Hatton Close, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton NN3 1SU, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard by the High Court sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 26th May 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 25th May 1999.
