Notice is hereby given that Duncan Robert Beat, of Morison Stoneham, Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 6JB, was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company on 22nd April 1999. Further the Creditors of the above are required, on or before, 21st June 1999, to detail their names and addresses (and Solicitors if applicable) together with particulars of their debts or claims, in writing, or in person, to the Liquidator, and as specified by the Liquidator, in default thereof they will be excluded from any benefit arising from the liquidation.
