FREIGHT LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Cambria Court, 1229 Stratford Road, Hall Green, Birmingham, presented on 10th March 1999 by HM Customs and Excise Coventry, of Coventry VAT, Coventry Business Centre, Park Court, Warwick Road, Coventry, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, at Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool, on Monday, 10th May 1999, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
