The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 1934 of The London Gazette dated Wednesday, 17th February 1999:
In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Liverpool District Registry. No. 0093 of 1999. In the Matter of HORSE ACTION SERVICES LTD. and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Seymour House, 11-13 Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, presented on 26th January 1999, by HM Customs and Excise of Coventry VAT, Coventry Business Centre, Park Court, Warwick Road, Coventry, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, at Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool, on Monday, 15th March 1999, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday, 12th March 1999.
