Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at 68 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1AE, on 23rd March 1999, at 12 noon precisely, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
